Through its principals, the firm maintains membership in the Society of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Private Investigators Association of British Columbia. The firm utilizes a worldwide network of investigators. Locally, the network includes a variety of investigators who are intimately familiar with local conditions throughout the Lower Mainland (The Vancouver metropolitan area) and British Columbia. This resource enables the firm to provide the highest quality of service in the most expeditious and cost-effective manner possible for appropriate assignments.

The firm's core group includes a former Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) manager, a retired 25-year RCMP officer, a Certified Accountant (CA), a former field investigator with a large multinational insurance provider, and a former City of Vancouver claims investigator.

The firm collectively has over seventy-five (75) years of investigative experience. Each has an interdisciplinary background with education and training in both the law and criminal investigation.
